Lara was the best make up artist I could’ve chosen for my wedding day, she made me feel so at ease and put together the perfect look for me and my two bridesmaids. She was incredibly professional, and very responsive. I would recommend her to anyone.

Lara was the best make up artist! From responding to any queries I had in a calm and professional manner to delivering on the big day! Being quite the “Tom boy”, I had no idea when it came to make up, so my sister arranged a make up artist for me, who then cancelled out of the blue. A colleague of mine was recently married and recommended Lara to me who she used for her wedding, when I contacted, Lara was very understanding of the situation and everything moved forward so seamlessly! We did a make up trial which was only meant to be an hour and a half, but we chatted and laughed the whole time and she made me feel so comfortable in asking questions or to make changes to make me feel comfortable in my own skin. With having little to no make up knowledge, Lara didn’t make me feel silly at all and explained each process, even providing some insight which she felt would suit me and we went with it, going back doing changes until I was happy! Forever grateful for the experience and patience.
Onto the big day, Lara arrived ahead of schedule to set up and made her acquaintance with the rest of the bridal party, it was so seamless throughout and provided any touch ups needed, she waited until the end to provide a small touch up for lips for the bridal party to use throughout the day!
The pricing was absolutely spot on, if anything, Lara needs to charge more for her services! The make up lasted all day and night, even through my many many tears! As someone with a much warmer complexion and on the browner side, the make up was matched perfectly.
I would love to have my make up done again by Lara even just for fun! She made me feel so beautiful and natural in my own skin, 11/10!

Highly recommend Lara for your wedding make up needs. From the beginning Lara was quick to respond and arrange an initial trial. I am a person who wears very minimal make up day to day and my main priority was to look as natural as I could but feel amazing. Lara listened to me but also guided me with types of make up I needed. She was also very accommodating to other members of the bridal party. On the day Lara was part of the joy and made sure I looked great and was happy with everything before leaving. She arrived on time and embraced the chaos in the house. Lara also prepared a little top up kit for my bag with some lipstick and buds to keep my make up in place all day. Where do I start, I cannot begin to thank Lara enough; she was not only proffesional, but also so kind and went above and beyond. Lara made-up myself my bridesmaid and my mother and we were all over-the-moon with how our looks turned out. My mum and bridesmaid looked beautiful, they hadn’t had a trial prior to the wedding day, but Lara knew exactly what worked for them and they looked natural and radiant.
My whole experience with Lara from the get-go was nothing but positive, she put me at ease at my trial and we found what worked best for me and the look I was going for. On the day, Lara was again brilliant, she took care with my look and even made sure I took to eat, rather than rushing me and keeping me calm. Our makeup lasted all day and still looked fresh by the time the wedding finished at 1am. I will always recommend Lara and will use her in the future. I can’t begin to thank Lara enough!

Lara did the most perfect job on our wedding day. She made up myself, my mum and four bridesmaids. It felt like having another member of the family in the bridal party with her in the morning. She is so calm, and personable and did the most fantastic job on us all. My skin can be a little tricky but Lara was able to cover this perfectly. I wanted a really natural look for us all and, she did just that. We still had plenty of time in the morning to have some fun without feeling rushed at all. She is extremely friendly, kind and put me at ease instantly. A true professional, she supported my ideas for my big day with a huge wealth of knowledge and an even larger bag of make-up delights for whatever you might need! I found the prices to be extremely reasonable and I had a pre-session before the day so we could test out different looks(as many as I wanted!)to make sure everything would be perfect on the day. I honestly cannot recommend Lara enough; an expert in her craft and a truly lovely lady, I loved having her there with me and keeping me calm on the morning of my wedding.
